Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and mounting hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked courier to our warehouse address, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
